Hometown Was founded in 2017 by businessman “Mr. Diaa El-Din Farag” as one of Egypt’s most dynamic property development companies that provide high-level expertise with board members who have more than 20 years of experience in the field of Real Estate developments in Egypt, Believing in promoting sustainable development and saving energy through our state of art and designs which will satisfy our communities with a happier and more meaningful future as we also pride ourselves on being one of the few developers in the market of being committed to building a long-term relationship with our clients based on the integrity of the performance.

The Company started with the first commercial, administrative and medical project in the MU 23 area, on the Al-Amal axis, directly in the Zaha park project.

Hometown departed from the idea of projects in the capital and started the construction of the first commercial entertainment mall in the Down Town area, which is the center of the country in the Administrative Capital. It is a 10-acre mall called La Fayette Mall. The Village building, our third project was established, and it is the first restaurant and cafe building in the Administrative Capital, It also includes a hypermarket and many cinemas.
